1. Self- isolation:
If by any unlucky chance, someone shows symptoms of COVID-19, which are usually the symptoms of respiratory disorder known as pneumonia, he/she should immediately seek medical assistance. Following are the common symptoms of this virus:

5. Difficult breathing
6. Whistling sound produced during breathing

8. Sore throat
If any of these symptoms appear and these are not mild symptoms then one should immediately seek medical assistance. But if a person contracts any of these symptoms and he/she is sure that the symptoms are mild and should be cured by taking lots of rest, taking preventive measures as would be discussed later and also by practicing self-isolation, a person can overcome this condition. Now what does self-isolation mean?
Self-isolation simply means separation from the rest of the surroundings or family members, friends, and other important people whom we meet daily just to keep others safe from further spreading of this virus.
2. Practicing personal hygiene:
2. Practicing personal hygiene:
As this COVID-19 is a viral disease that spreads rapidly due to physical contact, so first of all physical contact should be completely reduced which means that no shaking hands with the person you meet, keep a safe distance with the other (suspected) person. Practicing personal hygiene should be a daily matter as it ensures a healthy living but during this Corona-virus outbreak, extra care should be taken of personal hygiene and also keeping your house clean. Disinfectants should be kept in houses and each and every corner of the house should be disinfected right after someone comes home from outside, like from the bakeries just after buying the foods and other necessities. Hand sanitizers should also be kept when going outside and hands should be immediately sanitized after touching any object from outside. Inside the houses, these sanitizers are not really a necessity because soaps are already present at homes.
3. Being productive during quarantine:
3. Being productive during quarantine:
COVID-19 is a pandemic spreading at an extremely fast rate so the Governments and all the Health institutes have advised that all the people should stay at home keeping social contact at a minimum. All the Governments from around the world have announced a lock-down until the hazard of the spreading of this virus is considerably reduced. People are advised to stay in quarantine which is a period of 40 days but now this period is extended due to the prolonged COVID-19. While people are at home during this lock-down, they should not waste their time by simply being a couch potato, being idle all day, doing nothing productive at all, as this lock-down is not a holiday but a protective measure just to keep all the people safe from this corona-virus.
So, while you are at home, you should probably try to carry on your normal routine but obviously inside the house. You should eat healthy, keep exercising, study or help others in their studies, do cleaning, etc and all that. Make a schedule and be more timed. Learn something new like a new recipe, a new dance choreography, read or write novels, and so on. Just don’t waste these days and spend these days more productively like I said so many times. Try to spend this precious time with your parents and don’t spend most of the day on Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter….etc.
4. Make your quarantine more fun!
4. Make your quarantine more fun!
During this corona lock-down, people have much more free time to spend as they’re bound to stay at home. This lock-down may not be liked by many people like the ones’ who are social, who meet people on a daily basis and who are not introverted. So this lock-down is a win for introverts…..yay!. As for extroverts, this lock-down might be a little disturbing but they should probably try to get along. Now that everyone is at home away from all the tensions and burdens of the world, people should spend some quality time at home.
One should open a spa at home…. that's a great idea. Relaxation time. You can play on X-box amazing games like Minecraft (this is the only game I would suggest) but keep in mind not to spend too much time on that. You can play Monopoly with your parents and siblings. It's a really fun game. You can become a real-life trader and work on your own personal properties. Ludo is also a great option. You can either play it on the ludo board but if you don't have the ludo board game at home these days then no worries at all because a ludo star game on play store has got you covered. It's an amazing idea, right?. Carrom board is also a great option for cheering up any boring face. If you're feeling too much bored, lethargic, dizzy, lazy, or stressed during these days then don't worry, just get up from your bed and Dance! because sometimes dance can also be the solution for any boredom.
5. Study more!
As these so-called holidays are here and we have much more free time than ever, so why not spend this time more productively?. The best idea of spending these days more efficiently is to set a schedule and be more particular like there should be proper timing for everything you do on a daily basis. Set a proper time for your studies. You can study those things which you ever wanted to do but didn't have the proper time to do, so you can go on and study without any pressure of the hectic routine. Make yourself as busy as possible doing things that are actually of good use to you.
You can study more about anything even more than your own level e.g: if you have studied the whole structure and form of the respiratory system then you should probably focus more on the mechanism of the respiratory system, if you have already studied the transport system in plants then make your way ahead towards learning the transport system in animals, these are the biological studies. If you're a student who is learning mathematics or computers then you have a great amount of time to put that brain of yours to work even harder and learn new topics and new concepts because in the end these would be helpful only for yourself. So study, study, study and study!. You've gotta get those high grades!
