These 5 Habits are ruining our Lives!


Right now we're living in a leading-edge era. Over the past 2 decades, many things took an astonishing and startling turn. Many things reciprocated during this period of revolution. During this span of remodeling, the important thing that took an extraordinary and innovative turn was people's habits. 

Habits are usually the practice that is done constantly and then one gets familiar with doing that repeatedly. Habits are processed subconsciously. It's a sense of thinking or feeling acquired through the recurrence of mental experience.

It's a proven fact that good habits lead to a successful path. But there are some which are ruining our lives. Here are the 5 habits that should be transposed with satisfying and healthy ones!
  1. Sleep Pattern:
     In the present time, people like to stay up all night and do stuff. Many stay up all night to study, even do chores, do important business tasks. And still, others like to stay up all night long to have fun (attending parties, watching movies or hanging out with friends). There might not seem to be an unhealthy thing in having fun at night but just for once. But some people are what we call "Night Owls" and it is a run-down situation. 
  2. Excessive use of Technology:
    There was once a time when to find something informative, people ran to libraries and book shops. People loved to read novels, magazines, newspapers anytime, anywhere. There was once used to be great anticipation among people about their favorite novels just about to come out. But now, everything is taken light and easy because Google has got your back. Some people can stare at a phone screen all day and all night. This is really unhealthy for our eyes. People need to take care of this special gift called "Eyes".
  3. Walking Less:
    In this modernistic age, we are accustomed to walking less. Transportation nowadays is made easy by many means. Many people have their own personal vehicles. Many people don't prefer to walk and are the victims of many diseases. Most people suffer from excessive weight gain. And this is because these inventions have made everything so easy. Everyone just relies on these means. A need to develop a healthy habit is necessary for many ways(for maintaining a healthy balanced life).
  4. Distancing from Relatives:
    Our lives have become so hectic and engaged that it's almost impossible or very hard to keep up with the world. We are just hustling in this world. The daily jobs have made us unavailable for our loved ones. We love our activities more than our precious relations. Our families should be our first priority. 
  5. Eating Junk:
    Our diets are also replaced with artificial and unhealthy items. People have an unhealthy addiction to unhealthy fast foods. Organic consumption is a must for maintaining a healthy and robust lifestyle.
